at 434-531-8499. The cost for renting the clubhouse is

$25 per day with a $50 refundable deposit.

PICK UP YOUR NEW POOL KEY AND PASS FOR 2008

Pool Key and Pass Registration for the 2008 Swim Season will be held at

the Clubhouse on Tuesday, April 29, 2008,

between the hours of 5PM and 6:30PM.

If you can not attend at this time, you may pick up key and pass from

the office of Condominium Management located at

182-A1 Spotnap Road.

You must present a picture ID to obtain your key and pass.

MOWING

Mowing will be done on Monday. If it rains on Monday, it will be

done on the next dry day. Please remove all item from your yard and

unlock your gates.
