ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
In addition to receiving approval from the Association's Architectural Review Committee,
the applicant is also required to comply with all state and county codes relative to the
proposed additions/improvements and to obtain, when required by law, the appropriate
governmental approvals and building permits; approval of applicant's request by the
Association's Architectural Review Committee does not relieve applicant from this
responsibility.

NO WORK MAY COMMENCE WITHOUT ARB APPROVAL
